Why Japanese gels?
You may have noticed I specialise in Japanese gel, and here’s why….
• Japan holds its self to a very high standard when it comes to product manufacturing, I use awarding winning premium gels.
• Japanese gels are soft gels meaning they are light weight, flexible, natural looking yet still extremely durable! And not forgetting they apply beautifully.
• Japanese gels are also called pure gels, so they are made using pure ingredients and with less acrylates then your standard gel polishes. Making Japanese gels more gentle on your nails.
• Japanese gels offer a large collection knowing that everyone’s nails are different and one thing doesn’t suit all. There for I’m able to get to know your nails and tailor your manicure to suit you!
Now a bit about me and how I became a nail technician.
Nails has always been a passion of mine, since I was small and my mum used to paint my nails a pretty shell pink.
Later I went to a tester day at college for hair, nails and beauty, but my love was for nails only. So fun fact instead of doing hair, nails and beauty I did welding and fabrication at college which the creative side of me absolutely loved it, some of the skills I learned back then I still used in my nail work today.
Then after I had my first child I started looking at becoming a nail technician I’ve lived and breathed nails since.
I’m absolutely fascinated by new techniques and all the science behind it.
I don’t think I could ever get bored in my career as the nail industry is constantly evolving there’s always something new to learn!
Before I go I’d also like let everyone know about my little apprentice.
She’s just turn 1 years old, her name is Kiko and she’s a very sweet French bulldog. She’s been coming to work with me since she was 3 months old she’s very well behaved mostly sleeping through the work day.
