AGE LIMITATIONS
Please enquire before booking any treatments for under 18’s, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Also a letter of consent must be given prior to starting the treatment.
Due to my insurance I will only apply regular nail polish on children under 16 years of age and over 8 years of age.
PAYING FOR YOUR TREATMENT(S)
I accept cash or online bank transfer to my business bank account. If your bank requires you to use a card reader please be sure to bring that with you.
All appointments are to be paid in full at the time of the appointment. If you’d like to pay before your appointment that is fine. Send me a message that you’ve paid so I can make a note of it.
ARRIVING EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you’re early you may need to stand outside or wait in your car until the time of your appointment.
LATENESS & CANCELLATION
In line with my terms and conditions – you will need to give me as much notice as possible to any cancellations or lateness that may occur – a minimum of 48hours’ notice is required for cancellations prior to your appointment failure to notify me within this time will incur a charge of £10. If you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment you will also be charged £10 and may have lost your appointment.
The non-refundable booking fee and cancellation policy has been designed so that I am covered for the time taken to arrange your appointment as well as prepare for it.
NO-SHOW
If you do not give me any notice at all that you will not be able to attend your appointment and do not arrive to your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you 100% of the amount for the treatment(s) you were booked in for. No further bookings will be booked until this is paid.
As I hope you can understand, my time is reserved for you and your treatment in advance as well as taking time to set up for you so when I am faced with a no-show it is a big loss in both time, money and potential disappointment for another client.
BRINGING OTHERS WITH YOU
I ask you attend your appointment alone unless it’s a group booking. I have a strict no children under the age of 8 policy as this is not covered by my insurance. This way you also get you-time you deserve.
REFUND POLICY
I do not offer refunds, but I always check that you are happy with your nails before you leave. If a problem does arise after you appointment please contact me immediately I offer free repairs for the first 72 hours to put them back to their original state.
PRICES
At any time I may have to increase my prices slightly.
All prices are subject to change without any prior notice, the most current prices can always be found on the booking system.
